About Me.
At the age of three I started skiing in the tiny French resort of Oz en Oisans, where my family recently bought a small holiday apartment. For the next four years I spent most holidays skiing, but had no lessons. Keeping up with brothers and cousins (not to mention Jonnie) meant that I was skiing as fast as possible at all times.
My introduction to ski racing was in Scotland,
just before my eighth birthday, with Gordon Polly at the Muckhart and
District Snowsport Club in Tillicoultry .I continue to train every
Thursday with MAD during the summer months.
In
December 2009 I was invited to join the local French race club in Oz en
Oisans. This was an opportunity almost “too good to be true” for me, and
with support from Falkland Primary, I have made the most of since.
