My Training

Summer Training...Now.

My Coach Scott from the BSA said I needed to work on my fitness level, so I am working hard at the moment to achieve this. Here is my weekly time table.

Monday: Gym

Tuesday: Either slacklining or a Mountain bike ride

Wednesday: Tennis and Gym

Thursday: Judo and then Dry Slope sking at MAD

Friday: Indoor climbing and the Gym

Saturday: Agility with Joe my brother or Indoor Climbing

Sunday: Day off

Everyday I also do situps and pressups. With the odd plank once in a while.

Summer Ski training:

My aim is to get my confidence back over the summer, and to improve my technique. here is my Summer / Autumn schedule

July: 10 days with Dave Morris (2Alpes)

August: 5 days with BSA (Landgraaf)

October: 8 days with GSR (Tignes) & 7 days with either BSA or Oz Club (2Alpes)

Winter Ski Training

For the new season, I want to focus more on training than racing. Most of this training will revolve around my French club (Oz Alemont ski club), with several weeks of focused gate training at the BSA. I will stay out in France for the season,

My goal for next season is to be in the top 5 in the Dauphine region of France, and to do well at Bormio, in the English Championships. If I do well, at Bormio, I might compete in the British, at Meribel.
